Who Am I?

Everyone reading this post has enormous potential for success.

But ask yourself this.

What makes you come alive?

When you wake up in the morning, are you angry that the alarm went off? Or do you get out of bed ready to conquer?

The thing is.

If you don't know your purpose, you'll never be happy that another day has dawned. That's why I'm asking you today- What makes you come alive?

For me, just writing down an inspiring message is enough to make me feel happy. I appreciate that God has gifted me with great communication skills to put down a paragraph that makes sense. It's not automatic. It's God's gift.

What I'm talking about here is not just about the common things that come to mind: running, basketball, music, or drawing.

Understand this.

Your gift is that thing you do with the least effort, but other people can't do it as well as you. It could be that you can make other people laugh, you can speak before crowds, or you can bake better, you can talk to new people effortlessly, you know how to make things with your hands, etc.

Don't Run Away From Your Gift

I've seen many successful people on TV saying how they didn't finish school. Yet, they are as successful as those who scored As up until university.

Why is this?

These people discovered their gift. They didn't run away from it. They are doing big things by using what God gave them.

So, who are you to claim you are not gifted? Who are you to say that God gifted others but not you? Did other people have a private conversation with God and asked for their gift while you sat on your hands?

I don't want to sound like a preacher. But I'm sick and tired of going on social media and seeing people just talking about how hard life is.

In contrast, others are having the time of their lives.

Let me tell you one thing. There's nothing like a bad economy. All you need to do is position yourself so that you work your gift. And you'll discover it not as bad as people are making it seem.

The Reason Many People Get it Wrong

Many people are busy working so hard and suffering following the adage, "hard work pays." Don't get me wrong, working hard is virtuous. But eventually, you cross the line, and you start wondering why you have to work so hard to achieve a certain income.

What you want is to generate high-performance work without expending as much energy as the other person. It makes you look professional, and people, including you, know you're gifted in what you do.

Where Does This Leave You?

Discovering who you are, is to some extent putting your needs before others. Instead of going about your day feeling like you're caged, knowing who you are will set you free.

It allows you to dream, to focus, and to thrive in a seemingly harsh world.

Knowing who you are; makes you a loving husband, a respectful wife, an obedient child, and a productive member of society.

So, what are you waiting for?

Answer the question "who am I and what do I want? Only then will you leave a mark in this world without even trying.

The rich and successful didn't get to where they are by sheer luck or accident.  No.  It's by building on habits that reap significant gains. Regrets! How to Stop Living in the Past

I'm not the easiest person to live with. Those who know me know that I'm kind of a perfectionist. I demand the best of myself and of those around me. That's why I find it hard to let go. I usually hold on to something until it no longer makes sense.  This brings us to today's topic.  If you are anything like me, you may not recognize that you are living in the past until someone points it out. You mostly use I could have, should have, and might have constantly in your life. You may have done something that you deeply regret, but you've never moved on because you wish you could go back and change what happened. It's like when trust is lost. Sorry means nothing. Today, I want to tell you that regrets are completely normal. In fact, regret is the second, mostly-felt emotion after love. Anyone who does not have regrets is not living.  Every experience that you've had in life shaped the person you are today.  If you are finding it hard to move on, to heal, and t...
